I have no clue who reads this blog. I honestly started writing this because I felt like I had so much to say to the world and I did/do but I have become so busy. I just really appreciate that someone out there actually takes time to visit my page. I promise I will do better!

More than love...

Is simple, earth shaking, knee locking, black and white movies love gone? In today's world is love more of a battle or a compilation of sacrifices we make for another person?

I was watching this music video and I started thinking... Most song, movies, television shows center around chaotic love. Is this because the world we live in today is more realistic or more pessimistic? I feel like people in my age group are so use to seeing chaos as a form of love that we have no clue or appreciation for the love that generations before us had. We settle for being called a 5star chick over being called beautiful, we allow our significant others to yell at us. We sing along to songs proclaiming that we should have cheated or had sex with every girl in the world. We are so screwed up that as long as someone calls on a daily bases or sits on the phone with us at night we believe we are in a loving. Im not here to provide answers...I'm just a simple observer...But boy I wish our music sounded a little more like this...

Fashionable Blockbuster

When I was a little girl I watched pretty woman over and over not because of the sweet fairy tale ending but for one reason and one reason only. THE CLOTHING! So I decided to countdown my favorite fashionable movies.

5.Mean Girls









To most people the fashion in Mean Girls is not fashion at all just t-shirts and skirts. However to me the clothes in this movie are the definition of high school fashion done right.



4.Pretty Woman









The outfits in Pretty Woman speak for themselves; its early nineties shoulder pads and sequins dresses!

3.Clueless

This movie came out almost fifteen years ago and the outfits worn by the characters are still relevant! Clueless is about an over indulgent girl and her friends so why wouldn’t there be amazing fashion?

2. Sex and The City

There are no words this... movie is like crack for a fashion addict !

Even the extras in this movie have impeccable style!

1. The Devil Wears Prada

So why did I pick this movie as my favorite fashionable blockbuster? Well its simple to me the attire in this movie is just so perfect. Ann Hathaway's character wears so many different looks and the clothing is just inspiring









From the moment “Suddenly I See” starts playing you know this movie is going to have some amazing fashion in it. If the title did not give it away it only takes a little more than thirty minutes for main character to get a label fueled make over that any label whore would love!

I am obsessed with Blair Waldorf (a character on Gossip Girl) but I know very little about the girl who plays her, Leighton Meester, execpt that she has just as much style as the character she plays on tv.

I keep hearing this song in my car and I finally looked it up. Its by Cobra Starship and Leighton is featured in the song.

Tax free weekend is August 21-23rd in Houston and I am on a hunt for one thing and one thing only. The Perfect Blazers!!!

Wheelchair Jimmy... Is that you?

That looked like it really hurt. Maybe all those years of Drake being in a wheelchair ( on Degrassi the next generation) were practice for the future? Drake tore his Acl a few weeks back and he never let his injury fully heal.
