A Plaid Housewife Dress

 Over the Labor Day weekend I bought lots of things on sale at Macy's. Well I saw the amazing dress over the summer and I just had to have it but I wasn't willing to pay full price. Luck for me I got it on sale and wore it to work last week. I call it my plaid housewife dress because it's just so classic.

Two Different Game Day Looks

 Football is back and I am a very happy Houston girl. I will not be attending the Texans game today so I decided to show my team spirit at church this morning and while running errands around town. The temperature here in Houston is in the 80's which is perfect for some football. Here are the details on both of my outfits.

Rushing Around

Have you ever felt like you are going one hundred miles an hours? Well I feel like this week has flown by. I have been working twelve hours a day trying to get things just right for my students. I decided to share this super random outfit and random lunch with you guys just to show you what I came up with in a hurry Thursday morning. 

What I Wore

Quinoa 

Black Beans

Diced Tomatos

Onion

Corn

Spinach (finally chopped in food processer) 

Garlic

Season All 

Cilantro 

Red, Green and Yellow Bell Pepper 

Ginger Lime Dressing 

Balsamic Vinegar 

I was pleasantly surprised with the taste of this dish. It was perfect for lunch and easy to pack.  

Month In Review: August

Wow guys I can not believe August is already over. This month I did not do much shopping so I sadly don't have any cool new products to show you. However I do have some outfits I forgot to share. I think the theme for this month was using what I forgot I had. I have been digging through my hall closet and finding things I bought back in college and mixing them with new items. Back to Work I go

Well I'm sure you guys have noticed I have been missing a weeks worth of post. Last week I had inservice and tomorrow school starts. I promise to try and take pictures for my outfits every day but it may take me a bit longer to post them. Here are two outfits I wore during Inservice last week.

Last school year I got the cutest bag made by Thirty One  and I just had to show you guys. Since it is my teacher bag I chose to have "stay classy" embroidered on it.

 I made an extremely random purchase at Target this Saturday and got a new hat. 

 I told you guys I loved cupcakes! I went to a kids birthday party and got a temporary cupcake tattoo.

Easter Sunday

I have been missing for a couple of weeks mainly because I have been laying around in bed reading The Hunger Games. I saw the movie and I hated it! I figured I should read the book and figure out what all the hype was about. So far I love it!  I did get out of bed today for church and here is what I wore. 

 I found my old white watch and I decided today was the perfect day to wear it!

Month In Review: March

So here we are, another month flew by. Which means one thing to me... summer is coming! A few weeks back I finally broke down and bought an Iphone. And I must say I am completely obsessed with Instagram! Here are a few pictures that can sum up my month.
