I was watching this music video and I started thinking... Most song, movies, television shows center around chaotic love. Is this because the world we live in today is more realistic or more pessimistic? I feel like people in my age group are so use to seeing chaos as a form of love that we have no clue or appreciation for the love that generations before us had. We settle for being called a 5star chick over being called beautiful, we allow our significant others to yell at us. We sing along to songs proclaiming that we should have cheated or had sex with every girl in the world. We are so screwed up that as long as someone calls on a daily bases or sits on the phone with us at night we believe we are in a loving. Im not here to provide answers...I'm just a simple observer...But boy I wish our music sounded a little more like this...

Is simple, earth shaking, knee locking, black and white movies love gone? In today's world is love more of a battle or a compilation of sacrifices we make for another person?

Fashionable Blockbuster
When I was a little girl I watched pretty woman over and over not because of the sweet fairy tale ending but for one reason and one reason only. THE CLOTHING! So I decided to countdown my favorite fashionable movies.
5.Mean Girls
To most people the fashion in Mean Girls is not fashion at all just t-shirts and skirts. However to me the clothes in this movie are the definition of high school fashion done right.
4.Pretty Woman
The outfits in Pretty Woman speak for themselves; its early nineties shoulder pads and sequins dresses!
3.Clueless
This movie came out almost fifteen years ago and the outfits worn by the characters are still relevant! Clueless is about an over indulgent girl and her friends so why wouldn’t there be amazing fashion?
So why did I pick this movie as my favorite fashionable blockbuster? Well its simple to me the attire in this movie is just so perfect. Ann Hathaway's character wears so many different looks and the clothing is just inspiring
From the moment “Suddenly I See” starts playing you know this movie is going to have some amazing fashion in it. If the title did not give it away it only takes a little more than thirty minutes for main character to get a label fueled make over that any label whore would love!

I am obsessed with Blair Waldorf (a character on Gossip Girl) but I know very little about the girl who plays her, Leighton Meester, execpt that she has just as much style as the character she plays on tv.

Wheelchair Jimmy... Is that you?
That looked like it really hurt. Maybe all those years of Drake being in a wheelchair ( on Degrassi the next generation) were practice for the future? Drake tore his Acl a few weeks back and he never let his injury fully heal.

I love this city!
I visited Austin Tx for SXSW and it was amazing the people were great, the drinks were cheap and the city was alive with music. Instead of writing a long synopisis of what I did in Austin I picked 3 things that I find amazing about the Capital City.
1.Live Music and great shopping all at the same time!
I went to SOCO to do some shopping and ran into Cisco Adler (singer from the group Shwayze and no this is not him in the picutre).
2. Really great food sold on the street.
Hey Cupcakes http://www.heycupcake.com/austin_cupcake_story.htm These cupcakes are cheap and taste way better then the expensive cupcakes sold in bakeries. You can find these cupcakes on South Congress street. The pizza at Ropollo's is also amazing after a long night of bar hopping.
3. Amazing views!
Hamilton Pool, Dipping Springs Tx: There is usually a waterfall but I guess the lack of ran in Texas dried it up. I advise anyone taking a trip to Austin to take some time out and hiking up to the pool.

The- Dream Love vs. Money came out on Tuesday and personally I thought his first cd was way 10 times better. This cd basically sounds like every other song on the radio despite a few of the slower tracks which are actually pretty good.
